# Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the VAS website and purchases of original artwork offered through our gallery in Cairo, Egypt.

You must provide accurate information at checkout. Original artworks are sold as described; dimensions, medium, and images on the site are part of the offer. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.

High-value acquisitions may require private consultation instead of online checkout. When you complete checkout, you enter a contract with the gallery as agent for the artist under the terms shown at purchase.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of fraud risk, mispricing, or unavailability — we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Use of the site and any dispute is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For questions, contact info@vasoriginals.com.
