# Refund & returns policy

Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind original, all sales are final once the order is confirmed and payment is captured, except where required by applicable law or as stated here.

If your artwork arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the work. We will arrange inspection and, where appropriate, repair, replacement with a comparable work, or refund — our team will confirm the remedy case by case.

If you change your mind before shipment, contact us immediately. If the piece has not yet left our care, we may offer a gallery credit or refund minus any non-recoverable costs, at our discretion.

Luxury-tier enquiries handled outside standard checkout follow the written agreement between you and the gallery.

Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable processing window.
